Somervell County Expo Center, Texas Amphitheatre, Glen Rose Texas  Managed public event facilities for twenty eight years, including arenas, theaters, amphitheaters and convention centers; earned his BA, from East Texas State University in 1976 and his MPA, also from East Texas State University in 1978. Worked for and with cities, counties, management companies and not for profit corporations: Opened three successful public event facilities including start-up staffing, equipment purchasing, promotions, financial systems, contracts, ADA compliance and union negotiations. Awarded Certified Facilities Executive (CFE) Designation by International Association of Assembly Managers in 1998 Board of Directors of League Agricultural & Equine Centers Texas Associations Fairs and Events (TAF&E) Tammy Dooley, Vice-President & Co-Owner Dooley Management Company, Glen Rose Texas Tammy works in all aspects of DMC. As Co-Owner and Vice-President she oversees the direction of sales & marketing, administration, and food & beverage operations. She has worked and co-owned DMC since 1993. A graduate of Tarleton State University (Part of the A&M System). She holds a Bachelors of Applied Arts and Sciences Degree in Business Administration.

She is a member of Zeta Lambda Chapter of Delta Mu Delta the National Honor Society in Business Administration and is recognized as being top in her COBA class graduating with a GPA of 3.96.
Also, very active in the community, she serves on the Glen Rose Convention & Visitors Bureau Advisory Board, past member of Earth Promise/Fossil Rim Board of Directors, is past President of Alpha Delta Beta Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and was elected Woman of the Year and Chapter Sweetheart in 2003 and 2004. Tammy & Mike are the proud parents of Sgt. Landon Dooley and Amy Morgan and have 3 beautiful grandchildren. Chuck Morris, Facilities Manager Midland County Horseshoe Arena, Midland Texas Chuck comes to DMC with six years experience in the public facility management field, most recently overseeing operations of the Horse Barn, Livestock Barn, 2 Covered Pole Barns and Large Covered Outdoor Arena at the Taylor County Expo Center in Abilene, Texas. His extensive knowledge of set-up and coordination of facilities for Barrel Racing, Team Roping, Rodeos, Livestock Events, and the large West Texas Fair & Rodeo brings a wealth of experience to the team. His ability to oversee the operations of facilities from bookings to clean-up, RV spaces, stalls, shavings, staffing repairs, budgets, audio-visual requirements, decorating and multi-show coordination is an asset to the Midland County Horseshoe Arena. Chuck is retired from the United States Air Force, Holds a degree in Criminal Justice and Instructional Technology. Chuck was awarded “Abilene Hero Award” in October 2006 from the Abilene Chamber of Commerce for being the most recognized person in Abilene on the Hotel/Motel extended stay surveys. Also awarded “Friend of the 4-H” in July 2006 for diligence during their annual event. Chuck is married to Jeannette and has 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
